At this time, we do not offer "Private Rentals" of The Tea House.

The Cottage can accommodate up to 10 guests for an event, seated at tables of 2 or 4 or if you prefer a long table

that can seat 10 guests comfortably.

The cost per guest is $34.95 + tax and 20% gratuity, totaling $45.26 per person.

With 10 guests the time limit is 2 hours.

We prefer to schedule the large parties around 12:30pm.

For safety and comfort of all guests, we do not recommend children under the age of 6.

Please note that due to the intimate nature of The Cottage — originally built in 1870 — our space is quite limited.

Therefore, we are also unable to accommodate large strollers or highchairs,

and we do not have a changing table available in the washroom.

In keeping with the natural aesthetics and historic charm of The Cottage, we limit outside decorations,

as excessive décor can take away from the atmosphere we work so carefully to create.

For special occasions, however, we are delighted to offer fresh rose petals placed throughout The Cottage

on tables and floors, along with candelabras on the tables for a small additional fee.
